20min Two Seater Helicopter Lesson

A Helicopter Trial Lesson allows you to experience the thrill of flying and will even count as the first step towards your Private Pilot's Licence. The trial lesson is preceded by a short flight briefing with an instructor who will explain all aspects of the flight including the effects of controls and how a helicopter flies. You will then be allowed to take the controls and actually fly the aircraft! A trial lesson will give an insight into the thrills of flying and you will receive a certificate signed by our instructor. A perfect introduction to flying for those who have always wanted to try flying a helicopter.

Agenda

You shall be welcomed at the centre by your instructor and into a briefing then a 20 minute Flight  in a 2 seater Helicopter and receive a signed Flight Certificate on completion of your event.

Restrictions
Maximum Pilot Weight is 17 Stone (109 kg). Maximum Pilot Height is 6' 6" (1.98 m) Minimum Pilot Age is 12 Years (adult supervision required for under 16s on airfield premises)

Duration
Please allow 1 hour at the centre for your experience.

What to Wear / Equipment
Please wear warm clothes and soft soled shoes.

Spectators are welcome and may take photographs
