60min Hovercraft Group Session

This amazing Group Hovercraft Session will introduce you and up to 4 others to the amazing world of Hovercrafting, both on land and on in some cases; water! In group sizes of four you will master the art on dry land alone, but in groups of two you will have ample time to learn the controls and how to maneuver the vehicle on dry land with an instructor before hitting the 30 acre lake to open up the power and really give it some, hitting 40mph - sideways! You'll be using your body weight to steer and will be exploring the different terrains in your group, perfect for a party, celebration or just a day of adventure!

Agenda

Once you and your group have arrived and been welcomed to the centre the 60min Hovercraft Group Session will begin with a safety brief, before getting out and introduced to the amazing Hovercraft that you will all be driving. You will then be learning to 'fly' the hovercraft with the instructor, as he shows you the basics and more, preparing you all for the 30 acre deep water lake! In your group, you will each get a chance to drive the amazing hovercraft, feeling the power and manoeuvrability as you effortlessly glide at speeds reaching 40mph - sideways! You'll also get the chance to learn 180 & 360 spins and really get to grips with the hovercraft on this great group adventure!

Please be aware, if there are 4 people in the group - the session will be run entirely on land as there isn't enough time to hit the waters as well.
If there are 2 people in the group, the session will run on both land and water.

The experience will last for around 60mins of hovercraft action, but expect to be at the centre for longer.

What to Wear / Equipment
Dress in comfortable outdoor clothes. It is recommended to take a spare pair of clothes as you may get wet!

Group Size / Spectators
This voucher entitles up to 5 people to participate in the experience.
Spectators can watch from a viewing area.

Weather
Extreme weather conditions may cause the experience to be rescheduled. Please contact the centre on the day to ensure it is going ahead.

Availability
This experience is available on selected weekends throughout the year.
