Hang Gliding

As a close cousin of paragliding, you'll usually find hang gliders and paragliders launching side by side on a hot summer's day, just as the thermals are rising. Hang Gliding involves hanging underneath a wing and controlling your direction and speed with the use of a bar and your body weight.
