I guess I am reviewing the centre's driving experiences rather than your company. I had a good time but it was very short. Driving the car was great but only when you got the hang of it (laps 3&4) and there were only 4 laps. the instructor agreed it was intentional to get you to buy extra laps. loads of people there, queueing, 'mass production' feel, one photo = £15, indemnity pushed on you at the very start (adds to nerves and cynicism) = £25 which, in hindsight, you didnt really need at all adds 50% profit to them immediately quite aside from the experience. Car went round circuit in (demo to show us circuit) was knackered. Inmportantly, what are you going to do about this piece of feedback i have taken the time to provide for you? I await to hear.

We sent your review to Everyman who dealt with your feedback, and sent this response: "All of our Supercar Thrills are four driving laps (which is approximately 7 miles in total) which seems to be standard across the market. It is not an intentional way of getting customers to purchase extra laps, and please be assured this comment is being investigated by my manager who will be speaking to the instructor concerned. Photographs are completely optional and are created to serve as a memento of the day, should customers wish to purchase them. The optional waiver is available for those customers who would be happier to reduce the excess, having agreed to accept liability for the excess on the insurance. The demo cars are saloon cars and are more than suitable for the purpose of the demo laps – to show the customer the layout of the track, along with driving lines and techniques on the circuit.
