The magnificent Audi R8 burst onto the supercar scene in around 2007, and has since convinced those lucky enough to drive one - that it truly is the drivers' choice. With a 4.2L V8 engine built into a Lamborghini Gallardo chassis, the Audi R8 is a stunning achievement of the levels supercar manufacturers can reach - with typical Audi brilliance added to a head turning style and jaw dropping performance records. With this fantastic track day, you can drive the 420bhp beast on a circuit and feel how the tuned engine reaches 0-60mph in just 4 seconds!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your Audi R8 Thrill will begin with an introductory brief covering the track, the majestic R8 and what you can expect to get from your 6 lap drive of Seighford Airfield. Then, once briefed you'll begin the driving with the professional instructor sat right next to you - ready to give a debrief and certificate at the finish!

Minimum Age: 18
Minimum Height: 5’ 0”
Maximum Height: 6’ 6”
Maximum Weight: 20 stone

You must have a full UK or European driving license with no serious offences. You must be able to drive a manual transmission.

Duration
Audi R8 Thrill at Stafford will last for around 1 to 1.5 hours.

What to Wear / Equipment
You should wear comfortable casual clothes with soft sold shoes like trainers.

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are welcome to watch you drive an Audi R8 at Stafford, and may be treated to a free 4x4 drive. However, pets are unfortunately not allowed on site.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Weather
Extreme weather conditions will affect the schedule of the Audi R8 Thrill - please call the centre on the day if you are unsure to ensure it is going ahead.

Availability
Audi R8 Thrill at Stafford is available on selected weekdays and weekends from late Jan to early December.
