Now in its third year, the unique annual Central London Bungee Jump is the trophy piece for us here at Extreme Element, having jumped 297 jumpers in 2009 and breaking a Guinness World Record in 2010 for the most jumps in 60mins by one person! Here, you can jump twice and soak up the Rat Race atmosphere from 160ft up!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the London Rat Race venue you should make your way to the registration desk, where you will be weighed and weighed again, ensuring that the correct cord is used for your Exclusive London FAB Bungee Jump! Next you'll get into the harness and have the ankle straps attached, before the professional Bungee Jump staff perform a number of extensive safety checks on all of the equipment, before you enter the cage ready to reach 160ft! Once entered, you will be unable to avoid the stunning sights of London City, as the crane ascends and more of London's magical scenery is unveiled! From this height, it's over to you as you are challenged with two bungee jumps...front, back...however you'd like to take them!

Restrictions
Minimum Age: 14
(Under 16s need a parent/guardian's signature)

Over 50s will need a doctor's certificate to jump. You must be in good health and you must make the centre aware of any medical conditions that you think may affect you being able to jump.

You can not Bungee Jump if you have any of the following:

• High Blood Pressure
• Heart Condition
• Epilepsy
• Pregnant
• Asthma
• Neurological Condition

If you've ever had damage to your neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes – you will need to get clearance from the doctor (and a note) in order to complete the Bungee.
If you are not in good health you should NOT jump, If you suffer from any of the above but have been given a doctors certificate then you will be requested to sign a non standard waiver. Please read it carefully.

Duration
You should allow up to an hour from arrival for your complete experience. The time that you book your jump for is only a guide, please arrive approx 30 minutes before this time and allow up to 2 hours on site.

What to Wear / Equipment
Dress in comfortable, casual clothes that are suitable for the weather conditions. Skirts are not recommended (think about it).

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are welcome and encouraged to bring cameras!

Weather
Extreme weather conditions and high winds may affect this experience.
