In 2009 the birth of the Central London Bungee Jump gave us 297 jumpers in one weekend as part of the London Rat Race. The following year, in 2010, we added another crane and attempted a Guinness World... successfully! James Field was the daredevil Bungee Jumper that leaped 42 times from the crane in just 60mins! The crowds flocked and close to 600 jumped, making it one of the main attractions of the Rat Race! So, without doubt, 2011 will be even bigger and better...so don't miss it!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the London Rat Race venue you and your tandem bungee accomplice should make your way to the registration desk, where you will be weighed and weighed again, ensuring that the correct cord is used for your Exclusive London Bungee Jump! Next up it is time for you to get into the harness and have the ankle straps attached. The professional Bungee Jump staff perform a number of extensive safety checks on all of the equipment before you enter the cage, further prolonging the anxiety and nerves that are jingling around inside of you! Once entered, you will be unable to avoid the stunning sights of London City, as the crane ascends and more of London's magical scenery is unveiled! Once you've reached 160ft it is time to put the sentiment to one side and pull the adrenaline chord as you and your friend lean over the edge and...jump! An unforgettable free-fall will be shortly followed by your descent back to Earth and you will be free to run off and tell the world how fantastic your London Tandem Bungee was!

Restrictions
Minimum Age: 14
(Under 16s need a parent/guardian's signature)

Over 50s will need a doctor's certificate to jump. You must be in good health and you must make the centre aware of any medical conditions that you think may affect you being able to jump.

You can not Bungee Jump if you have any of the following:

• High Blood Pressure
• Heart Condition
• Epilepsy
• Pregnant
• Asthma
• Neurological Condition

If you've ever had damage to your neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes – you will need to get clearance from the doctor (and a note) in order to complete the Bungee.
If you are not in good health you should NOT jump, If you suffer from any of the above but have been given a doctors certificate then you will be requested to sign a non standard waiver. Please read it carefully.

Duration
You should allow up to an hour from arrival for your complete experience. The time that you book your jump for is only a guide, please arrive approx 30 minutes before this time and allow up to 2 hours on site.

What to Wear / Equipment
Dress in comfortable, casual clothes that are suitable for the weather conditions. Skirts are not recommended (think about it).

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are welcome and encouraged to bring cameras!

Weather
Extreme weather conditions and high winds may affect this experience.

IMPORTANT - If you are buying a voucher, you must book yourself in a minimum of 6 weeks before as availability will decline very quickly!
