Aston Martin DB9 v Ferrari 575 -

The Aston Martin DB9 is one of the finest and most elegant British supercars ever made. With a 6.0L V12 engine producing 470bhp, it is also one of the most powerful. Combining such immense power with the height of luxury is a trademark of the Britsih supercar great, and the DB9 encompasses all of the rich heritage Aston Martin has acquired over the many years of producing the world's top supercars. The Ferrari 575 doesn't receive the plaudits it deserves outside of the enthusiasts and motor world. The modestly styled 5.7L V12 is one of the most powerful Ferraris yet, and truly is one of the finest. Combining luxury and comfort  with raw power, the 575 is an Italian masterpiece. The Aston Martin v Ferrari experience gives you the opportunity to compare and decide for yourself which is the king of the road.

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a thorough safety briefing covering all aspects of the Aston Martin and the Ferrari 575. Once briefed you'll be ready to begin the day's driving with a 3 lap demo with the instructor driving in the performance training car. Once the theory has been learnt, your day's driving will begin with 4 fantastic laps driving the beautiful Aston Martin AMV8 or DB9. After this great British supercar experience you'll have another 4 laps driving the Ferrari. After all of this supercar driving you will be treated to a 2 lap hot hatch passenger ride with the instructor driving and showing you how the pros do it! This great track day will slow to a halt with the presentation of your personalised driving certificate.

Restrictions
You must have a full UK or European driving license with no serious offences. You must be able to drive a manual transmission. Drivers shorter than 5'0" or taller than 6'6" and/or weighing more than 17 stone may have difficulty being accommodated.

Duration
Please allow 2 hours at the venue.

What to Wear / Equipment
You should wear comfortable clothing with thin-soled shoes for driving. All safety equipment is provided by the centre

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are welcome, strictly 'No Pets Allowed.'

Weather
This experience is affected by weather conditions, please check with the centre before setting off. In the event of such weather, the centre will rearrange a conveniant date.

Availability
Courses start at a range of times on selected Saturdays and weekdays throughout the year. Extra driving laps & passenger rides can be purchased on the day.
