Bentley Continental GTC v Ferrari 575 -

The Bentley Continental is a Grand Tourer Coupé with two doors and a 2+2 seating arrangement, released in 2003, replacing the previous Rolls-Royce-based Continental R and T. It is equipped with a 6.0L, twin-turbocharged W12 engine, producing 552 hp (412 kW), with a top speed of 198 mph. The Continental is built on the Volkswagen Group D1 platform. Largely, it could be considered a re-badged Volkswagen Phaeton, with a different styling and a more powerful engine, most of the technical components being identical to those on the Phaeton. The Ferrari 575 offers you the chance to sit behind the wheel of a true legend of the driving world. One of the most evocative names on the super car list, Ferrari is world renowned for combing incredible performance with stunning beauty. While some would only dream of how the leather interior compliments the purring engine, this is your chance to realize a childhood fantasy and take control of one of the world's most beautiful machines, a Ferrari 575.

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a thorough safety briefing covering all aspects of the Bentley and the Ferrari 575. Once briefed you'll be ready to begin the day's driving with a 3 lap demo with the instructor driving in the performance training car. Once the theory has been learnt, your day's driving will begin with 4 fantastic laps driving the stunning Bentley Continental GT. After this great British supercar experience you'll have another 4 laps driving the Ferrari. After all of this supercar driving you will be treated to a 2 lap hot hatch passenger ride with the instructor driving and showing you how the pros do it! This great track day will slow to a halt with the presentation of your personalised driving certificate.

Restrictions
You must have a full UK or European driving license with no serious offences. You must be able to drive a manual transmission. Drivers shorter than 5'0" or taller than 6'6" and/or weighing more than 17 stone may have difficulty being accommodated.

Duration
Please allow 2 hours at the venue.

What to Wear / Equipment
You should wear comfortable clothing with thin-soled shoes for driving. All safety equipment is provided by the centre

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are welcome, although there is a strict 'No Pets Allowed' rule.

Weather
This experience will only be affected by extreme weather conditions; if in doubt please check with the centre before setting off.

Availability
Courses start at a range of times on selected Saturdays and weekdays throughout the year. Extra driving laps & passenger rides can be purchased on the day.
