Stand Up Paddle Boarding is the new craze coming from Hawaii, combining great fun, a love of the water and a proven core body exercise regime! That's right, on top of the adrenaline rush and the all out fun, you'll be toning those abs to look like a beach bum yourself! This great water sport development is set to be a big hit this year, as going fast or slow is terrifically good fun when Paddle Boarding... Standing Up!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a safety briefing covering the water and the cool new sport of Stand Up Paddle Boarding. You will then get changed into the wet suit and become accustomed with the Paddle Board. You will then spend an hour directly with the instructor showing you how the pros do it, before you have an hour to yourself to practice and show off your new moves!

Duration
Discover Stand Up Paddle Boarding will last for 2 hours, with 1 hours private tuition and 1 hour practice.

What to Wear / Equipment
Any clothing that you don't mind getting wet. Please dress accordingly with the weather and bring sunglasses / suncream in the summer. Wetsuit is provided. Bring a towel for a shower afterwards!

Spectators are welcome.
