Parachute Simulator

Based on the early parachute descenders, this state of the art and completely modern adaptation of a crowd favourite is a real heart stopper. From the top of the abyss you will take a leap of faith from 150ft and experience the thrill of a serious adrenaline rush! Until the simulator takes over and slows you down, you will fall in complete freefall down to the ground! That's right; 120ft of pure drop to well and truly tickle your fancy and get those adrenaline juices flowing!

Agenda

You will start this experience by first climbing the 143 stairs up to the jump-station. With harnesses and equipment checked, you are attached to the simulator by your back.  As you take the leap of faith and make the plunge, your frightened self will be pulling a face to remember as you are subject to the best part of gravity's full force (around 97%), Then as you hit 120ft of the drop your descent will be slowed down, allowing you to work back on Terrafirma - what a rush! Merchandise and photos will be available to purchase on the day.

Restrictions
Minimum Age: 11
Maximum Weight: 120kg
(Under 16s need a parent/guardian's signature)

Over 50s will need a doctor's certificate to jump. You must be in good health and you must make the centre aware of any medical conditions that you think may affect you being able to jump.

You can not Bungee Jump if you have any of the following:

• High Blood Pressure
• Heart Condition
• Epilepsy
• Pregnant
• Asthma
• Neurological Condition

If you've ever had damage to your neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes – you will need to get clearance from the doctor (and a note) in order to complete the Bungee.
If you are not in good health you should NOT jump, If you suffer from any of the above but have been given a doctors certificate then you will be requested to sign a non standard waiver. Please read it carefully.

Duration
Please arrive 30 minutes before your alloted time to ensure that all security checks and briefing can be done. You can expect to be at the centre for a round 1 hour.

What to Wear / Equipment
Dress in comfortable, casual clothes. Skirts are not recommended (think about it).

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are welcome and encouraged to bring cameras!

Weather
The day is indoors so is not weather affected.

Availability
This experience is available in Sheffield on selected weekends throughout the year.
