Racing has never been so extreme! This is your chance to 'absolutely rag' a cross between a go-kart and a banger, a successful cross which produces amazing power and immense acceleration! Racing in the Oval, you are to step foot into the world of motor racing. With commentators describing every drop of oil and sweat, and pace cars setting the safety laps, you will be driving for the grand trophy up for grabs under the watchful of eye of race stewards and official marshalls!
After you've been briefed in the skill of 'Extreme Dodgems' its time to get buckled up and begin the first of four practice laps. The Dodgems are equipped with roll cages and steel bumpers, ensuring that your racing experience is totally safe. This full blooded day of racing consists of 2x eight lap heats and a ten lap final, with the proud winner to receive the trophy on the podium! This really is a fantastic experience, ideal for birthdays, stag do's and office parties etc., whether you love motor sport or not!

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your racing day will begin by getting kitted out in the racing gear for the day. You will then receive a full safety briefing and have to listen carefully to the driving advice provided by the professional instructors. You will then have four practice laps and a guaranteed 26 racing laps split over two heats and a final. There will then be a grand final for the final winners - the winner of this race will take home the winners trophy. You will receive a personalised souvenir programme to keep as a reminder of your day!
Restrictions
Drivers must be over 16 years of age, reasonably fit and able to drive a car. Minimum height is 4'10" and maximum height is 6'6". Maximum weight is 20 stone.
Duration
The experience will last around 4 hours in total.
What to Wear / Equipment
All safety equipment is provided by the centre, You should wear comfortable clothing and trainers.
Group Size / Spectators
There will be a maximum of 40 people taking part in the day. Spectator's admission is £10 and includes snacks, refreshments and programme.

Generally we really enjoyed the day. The staff were lovely and very helpful. And the commentary was fantastic and made for it very enjoyable for those not in a particular race. The only BUT is that the cars were all of a different standard so the race winners were generally the ones with the best cars and not the best drivers. Also, we were a group and it would have been more fun to race people you know in the heats rather than being mixed with other groups.
