Perfect for a birthday party, stag do or work celebration! In group sizes of 8-40, ex European Ultimate Combat Champion Sol Gilbert will work you severely hard in the gym with proven fitness methods before you take to the cage. Sol’s trusted method of exercise and diet regime has worked for many young cage fighters and celebrities, including Katie Price and Marti Pello. Agenda

The Extreme Fight Skool will begin with a group meet and greet session before its time to get changed into the fighting gear. Then it all kicks off with the instructor introduction and intro to MMA. Each fighter will receive an Extreme ZT 'goodie bag' containing cool T-Shirts and a gum shield amongst the other essentials! The serious stuff will then begin with a warm up before learning various MMA moves. You'll then get to grips with your fellow Fight Skool attendees with a serious sparring session. When you've got absolutely nothing left, Sol will push you a little harder and get you warmed down. This will be followed by the prize presentation session and the day will be complete with the champion being crowned.

Restrictions
Minimum age: 16. A basic level of fitness is required, enough to run comfortably and be worked hard in the gym. Please enquire if you are worried about an injury or physical condition

Duration
The session will last for 2 hours but expect to be at the Fight Skool for 2.5 hours.

What to Wear / Equipment
Wear shorts and a T-Shirt with comfortable shoes, its virtually essential you bring spare clothes as you are going to sweat!

Group Size / Spectators
The experience is held in a gym so there isn't really space for spectators, but would you want anyone watching you squirm hard?
