Ferrari v Hummer -

The biggest name in Super cars combines with one of the biggest off-road vehicles to create an awesome day of driving! Choosing from an enviable list of the Italian supercars, you'll drive 4 of the most incredible laps of your life in one of the motor world's top names. Comparing the Ferrari is no mean feat, meaning the car its compared against must have something special in its locker. Step up the Hummer H2 Supercharged. Wider than most people's garages, this military-based 4-wheel drive monster boasts a 6L supercharged engine, weighs nearly 3 tonnes and is over 6 feet tall. Reaching 60mph from standstill in 6 seconds is nothing short of magnificent for this supercharged, bulletproof tank!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a thorough safety briefing covering all aspects of the track, the Hummer H2 and the Ferrari you are to drive. Once briefed up, its time to buckle up and get ready for 3 demo laps with your instructor in the performance training car. Now you’ll be ready to start the real stuff, with 4 laps in your chosen Ferrari (from selection). After this delightful Italian supercar session you will move onto the USA’s monstrous Hummer H2 for 4 superbly enjoyable laps of the circuit. Your day will finish with the presentation of your individual certificates. At Prestwold you will also receive a 2 lap hot hatch ride with your instructor.

Restrictions
You must have a full UK or European driving license with no serious offences. You must be able to drive a manual transmission. Drivers shorter than 5'0" or taller than 6'6" and/or weighing more than 17 stone may have difficulty being accommodated.

Duration
Courses run in morning and afternoon sessions and run on selected Saturdays and weekdays throughout the year. The Ferrari and Hummer Experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

What to Wear / Equipment
You should wear comfortable clothing with thin-soled shoes for driving. All safety equipment is provided by the centre.

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are welcome, although there is a strict 'No Pets Allowed' rule. There are some on-site catering facilities.

Weather
This experience will only be affected by extreme weather conditions; if in doubt please check with the centre before setting off.
