Full Day 4x4 Experience - Reading

On this awesome full day experience you will have the challenge and enjoyment of mastering and fully testing the real capabilities of a modern 4 x 4 vehicle, in an environment that will challenge even the most experienced drivers amongst you. You will be amazed at the maneuverability these machines are capable of across terrain that you wouldn’t believe was possible. Challenging all of the techniques you have learned on the road, off road driving will amaze with its altogether opposing physicalities. The instructors will show you how - then it's over to you. You will show what you and the machine are made of as you tackle the challenging course set amongst a beautiful 13 acre site. The explorer course is an all encompassing experience where you will learn and get to practice many key skills essential for off road driving.

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a thorough safety briefing covering all of the driving and safety aspects of off road driving. After a briefing and an introduction to 4x4 vehicles from a BORDA qualified instructor, its time for some hands-on driving. With help from your instructor you will quickly develop the skills needed to tackle this challenging course in one of the centres Jeep or Landrover vehicles. Refreshments all day are included.

Restrictions
Must hold a full driving licence. No formal height or weight restrictions, but must be able to drive an unmodified car

Duration
Please allow 6.5 hours at the centre.

What to Wear / Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers that you don't mind getting dirty.

Group Size / Spectators
There will be a maximum of 3 people sharing this experience. The price is per person. Spectators are welcome but a small charge may be made for refreshments.
