Half Day Puma Rally Event - Chipping Norton

Master the basics of rally driving, in a Ford Puma. Let the two-wheel-drive rally car exit the norm of smooth surfaces and take you through a gritty, dirt track whilst dodging natural obstructions! Churn the mud up with your first hand-brake turn and learn to control lift off oversteer! You’ll enjoy every minute of this fun pack experience!

Agenda

Your experience will begin with a safety briefing outlining the driving safety in the Ford itself as well as instruction of how to deal with the car if you feel like your going out of control. Its then time to jump into the passenger seat for a slow demo lap for stage viewing. Once you have orientated yourself with the the course its then time to jump into the drivers seat for your driving sessions.
Session 1: Get to grips with the more extreme elements of rally driving including handbrake turns and lift off over steer.
Session 2: Put all your new techniques (learnt in Session 1) into practice. 
Session 3: This session starts with a practice lap and then its time to use your new found skills as your instructor assesses you for the 'Driver of the Day' award.
Once you have completed your final session it is then time to jump back into the passenger seat for a high speed chauffeured ride to show you how it's really done! It is then time for prize giving where you will receive a certificate of achievement and a trophy is awarded for the 'Driver of the Day'

Minimum Age: 17 (A full manual license must be held)
Minimum Height: 5’ 0”
Maximum Height: 6’ 6”
Maximum Weight: 16 stone

You must be able to drive a manual transmission.

What to Wear / Equipment
Please wear casual clothes and soft soled shoes, safety equipment will be supplied by the centre.

Group Size / Spectators
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No dogs allowed on site

This experience is only effect by extreme weather conditions or fog.
