Picture the scene: You are enveloped in semi darkness, spot lights whirl around the breathtaking structure, the Face of Steel, standing at 150 feet. You start the 143 step climb to the jump zone, music pumps out of a wall of speakers, dry ice fills the air, and 7 huge video screens project images of what you are about to experience…and that’s before you’ve even taken the plunge! This is one of the UK’s scariest adrenalin experiences, the only indoor Bungee Jump in the world and the only permanent Bungee Jumping facility in the UK.
Experience Content
You will arrive at the location and make yourself known at the main desk; you will then be required to complete a membership form. You will then be weighed twice to ensure that the correct bungee rope is used for your jump. You will then climb the 143 steps to the top of the Abyss. Next it is time for you to get into the harness and to have the ankle straps attached. The professional staff will perform a number of checks and double checks on all of the equipment. Now all you have to do is jump off into the semi darkness which is filled with dry ice and nightclub style lighting. There will be a personalised DVD and merchandise available for you to buy on the day to remember your experience with.

Duration
Please arrive 30 minutes before your allotted jump time to ensure that all security checks and briefing can be done. After that the experience will last as long as it takes you to climb to the top and make the jump. After a few heart-stopping seconds you will be gently lowered back to the ground with the most intense adrenaline rush.
What to Wear / Equipment
Dress in comfortable, casual clothes. Skirts are not recommended (think about it).

Weather
The bungee jump is indoors so is not weather affected.
Availability
This experience is available at least once a month on selected weekends throughout the year.
Restrictions
Minimum age is 14. Under 16s need a parent/guardian's signature.
Over 50s will need a doctor's certificate to jump. You must be in good health and you must make the centre aware of any medical conditions that you think may affect you being able to jump.
Glasses and contact lenses MUST be removed prior to your jump.
You can not bungee jump if you have any of the following: high blood pressure, heart condition, dizziness/epilepsy, pregnancy, asthma, neurological condition and diabetes.
