RAPS Course ( Solo Parachute Jump) - £239.00

  • After a full days training you will be able to jump SOLO from a plane at 3,500ft
  • Your parachute will open automatically on exit.
  • It's up to you to guide your chute down to ground.
  • Available nationwide
The RAPS (Ram-Air Progression System) course is a two day static line parachute course at the end of which you will jump, on your own, from an aeroplane. Who needs an instructor strapped to them? That's for wimps! You will receive full training before your jump, upon exiting the aircraft your parachute will be automatically deployed by the static line. Once the parachute is open and you have performed your safety checks, you will fly your parachute to the landing area and a safe landing. This is a fantastic course with a real sense of achievement at the end. The RAPS course gives a qualification leading to solo free fall.

Experience Content

On the first day you will receive all of your ground training on equipment, aircraft exit, parachute control and landing. On the second day it is all about the jump! The plane will take you up to a height of 3,500ft. When you jump the static line will automatically deploy the advanced ram air square parachute. You will then, under the guidance of your instructor who you have radio contact with, fly your parachute to the landing area. Simple! You can arrange on the day, if you wish, to continue with further jumps...Within another six to ten jumps you could be qualified to begin solo freefall!
