Single Advanced Ski Lesson on Snow - Milton Keynes

Get to grips with one of our three indoor real snow slopes and get a lesson for the more advanced skiiers. This is an excellent chance to either touch up before a skiing holiday or refine techniques you know already. If your skiing ability has reached the minimum unsupervised requirements, our advanced lesson with a professional instructor will accomodate and suit perfectly. This is also your chance to get high quality, real snow to give the closest experience to the real thing.

Agenda

You will arrive at the centre and check in at the main desk for your booked time. you will then head to the chaging rooms to get ready. The centre will provide all equipment except gloves (can be purchased for £10 on site). However, you are able bring your own gear if you want to. You can cover Level 5 or Level 6 in your 1 hour lesson;

Level 5 - Anyone at our recreational standard – i.e. Level 4 Pass
Aim; To increase your ability and confidence on skis
What happens? Review progress. Improve your technique. Work on making turns more solid, more accurate – working towards parallel turns and to build confidence

Level 6 - Anyone who can ski using 'plough parallel' turns -i.e. Level 5 pass
Aim; To improve your skills and build confidence and ability and introduce 'parallel' turns
What happens? Your movement, timing and coordination will be improved, and you will be shown how to get the most from your skis

You will then return your gear (if hired)

Restrictions
Minimum age is 16. Please advise of any medical conditions upon booking that may impair your lesson/ skiing. Please note that gloves are not included in the price.

Duration
The lesson will last for 1 hour. Expect to be at the centre for 1 1/2 hours.

What to Wear / Equipment
All equipment will be provided except gloves which can be purchased on site for £10. It is recommended that you wear waterproofs and long sleeves.

Group Size / Spectators
There is a maximum group size of 10 per instructor.
