Stock Car Championship Racing Day - Northampton

This is what motor racing is all about! Racing in a high speed stock car championship race, you will be behind the wheel of these fabulously well constructed Formula 2 Stock cars. With the immense power and raw acceleration these weathered racers provide, you will have the time of your life battling it out against your eager competitors. The stock car championship is in Ex Element’s top favourite experiences, and it is mightily easy to see why! As well as the day’s unforgettable driving time, you will be involved in many driver’s day events such as the Professional’s Challenge (in tuned ‘bangers’) and the Delboy Challenge (in tuned Reliant Robins). On top of all that, the prize ceremony that follows the races is simply unmissable! We highly recommend this experience, especially with your mates!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin at 10am with the driver's initiation of dressing up in the racing overalls and enjoying some light refreshments. You will then be given a full race safety briefing from the professional instructors, ensuring that you feel relaxed and are ready for what's about to come! During the Stock Car Championship Experience, you will take part in: the Stock Car Race Championship - which consists of 2 practices sessions, 2 heats and a grand final. Next up will be the 'Professionals' off-road challenge in rear wheel drive Ford Capris. Then will come the 'Delboy Challenge' in race prepared Reliant Robins; followed by the 'Nag Drag' where you drive blindfolded around a course with your partner as your guide! Lunch is included in the day and there will be a grand presentation with a trophy to finish the day off at around 4.30pm.

Maximum Weight: 20 stone
Drivers must be reasonably fit and able to drive a car.

Duration
Expect to be at the centre all day, the experience will last for around 7 hours in total.

What to Wear / Equipment
All safety equipment and racing gear is provided by the centre, You should wear comfortable clothing and trainers.

Group Size / Spectators
There will be a maximum of 42 people taking part in the day. Spectator's admission is £10 and includes snacks, refreshments and a programme of the day's racing.

This is not a weather dependent activity.
