This fantastic experience allows you to get a real taste of military action in one of the most impressive vehicles ever built. This awesome machine is virtually indestructable whilst its sheer size combined with its power is frightening. This experience puts you in total control of a vehicle that changed the face and shape of war.
Experience Content
Your day will begin with a vital briefing concerning the instructions on how to drive 17 tonnes of hardened steel. Then if you have managed to contain your excitement long enough you will be let loose to attempt tackling the steep obstacle course. Feeling confident? Well next you will have to try it with all doors and hatches closed seeing only through your periscopes! You will take full control of this amazing machine and be in charge of where, what, why and how the tank moves over the purposely difficult terrain.

What to Wear / Equipment
Comfortable & casual clothes are suitable, but make sure you bring spare pairs of everything!

Spectators are welcome but there is a strict no pets rule.

This experience is largely affected by weather conditions, be sure to ring the center before setting off to be safe.
Availability
The experience is available for the general public from 9am - 6pm on Sundays & Wednesdays during the months of April-October.
The experience is available for corporate use from 9am - 6pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays during the months of April - October.
Restrictions
Pre-booking is essential. Arrive 15 - 20 minutes before you are scheduled to begin the experience. Due to the size of the tanks there is a weight limit of 22 stone and a height restriction of 6"4'. The minimum age to drive a vehicle is 16 whilst the minimum age is 8 to ride in the vehicles.
