Well if you're going to do it, you may as well do the highest! Standing at 300ft tall, the UK's highest Bungee Jump is one for those serious Adrenaline Junkies and is definitely one of the most extreme! The Highest Bungee Jump in the UK offers a frightening four seconds of freefall and is the ideal gift for those with a taste for the extreme!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre you will be required to complete a membership form. The instructors will then take your weight twice to ensure that the correct bungee rope is used for your jump. Next it is time for you to get buckled up! Get yourself strapped into the harness and have the ankle straps attached. The professional staff will perform a number of checks and double checks on all of the equipment, further adding to your anicipation! You will then enter the cage that is to be lifted up to a height of circa 300ft. Now all you have to do is jump off! There will be a personalised DVD and merchandise available for you to buy on the day to remember your experience with.

Restrictions
Minimum Age: 14
(Under 16s need a parent/guardian's signature)

Over 50s will need a doctor's certificate to jump. You must be in good health and you must make the centre aware of any medical conditions that you think may affect you being able to jump.

You can not bungee jump if you have any of the following: high blood pressure, heart condition, dizziness/epilepsy, pregnancy, asthma or a neurological condition.  Remember: if you are not in good health you should NOT jump, If you suffer from any of the above but have been given a doctors certificate then you will be requested to sign a non standard waiver. Please read it carefully.

Duration
You should allow around an hour from arrival for your complete experience.

What to Wear / Equipment
Glasses and contact lenses MUST be removed prior to your jump. Dress in comfortable, casual clothes that are suitable for the weather conditions. Skirts are not recommended (think about it).

Group Size / Spectators
You are welcome to bring spectators to watch you jump.

The Highest Bungee in the UK is only available on selected weekends all year round.
