Extreme Lives, Extreme People...
Here at Extreme Element we believe in living life to the extreme. Everyone
should have a good work life balance and for us there is nothing better
to blow the cob webs off after a hard day in front of the computer than
extreme sports. Our goal is to introduce a small extreme element into
everybody's lives. Do you lead an extreme life? If you have got a good story we will post your stories here, we may even sponsor you! Please send your stories to to info (at) exelement.com
Sponsored Extreme Lives...
Each year we like to sponsor a number of especially talented young people who live Extreme Lives. So Whatever the discipline as long as it is extreme we will take it in to consideration! So far this year we have a couple of guys who have taken on a number of crazy extreme challenges. Check out some of the people we are sponsoring in 2008.

This has only ever been attampted by 4 people as a solo event, but in September 2008 Tom will be attempting to become the fifth and the youngest. he is also planning to walk home with a world record, at present the Guinness World Record for this challenge is 82 hours, held by Mr Eddie Ette founder of Enduroman. Tim Brickle, MD
For me I get my kicks from kitesurfing. There is nothing better
for me after a day in the office than to get out on the water. Whether
it's taking it easy and cruising for a few hours on a downwinder or
hanging on for dear life In a strong 30 mph+ wind with my 7m kite jumping
as high as I can and riding the rolling swell. Yep, it does it for me
everytime! It's a form of meditation for me all my thoughts and actions
are focused on that exact moment, nothing else matters, there's no room
in my head for any other thought - no worries, no desires, nothing.
You don't have to live in the Caribbean to enjoy watersports, we may
not have the warm weather and the crystal clear water in the UK but
we do live on a small Island with mile upon mile of windswept and wave
battered coastline. So stop moaning about the cold and get yourself
out on the water! It's good for the soul.
