For all those adrenaline seekers out there, why not experience one of the most scariest and daunting extreme sports activities available today, not once but twice! See whether you prefer facing your fears with a forwards jump or turning your back on them as you jump backwards from 160ft crane! Take in the spectular views before plunging through the air with a completely unique sensation. This is the perfect experience to see how much fun you can handle!

Agenda

Your Front and Back bungee jump experience will begin as you complete a membership form before making your way to the registration desk. One of the professional instructors will run through a full safety briefing, which includes being weighed twice to ensure the correct rope length is used. You are now ready to put on the ankle harness. Let the qualified instructor run through a extensive range of safety checks before climbing aboard the crane. Watch the spectacular views as you are lifted 160ft up! Now for a final check before taking your first bungee. Once completing both jumps you will run through a quick de-brief as you unstrap the harness, and there will be an opportunity to purchase a personalised DVD of your experience.

Want to Jump for a Charity?
We can issue sponsorship forms for Charity jumps. You must collect £100 or more for the chosen charity and will need to pay 25% deposit to secure places and then the total balance must be received 4 weeks prior to the jump.

Restrictions
Minimum Age: 14
Maximum Weight: 120kg
(Under 16s need a parent/guardian's signature)

Over 50s will need a doctor's certificate to jump. You must be in good health and you must make the centre aware of any medical conditions that you think may affect you being able to jump.

You can not Bungee Jump if you have any of the following:

• High Blood Pressure
• Heart Condition
• Epilepsy
• Pregnant
• Asthma
• Neurological Condition

If you've ever had damage to your neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes – you will need to get clearance from the doctor (and a note) in order to complete the Bungee.
If you are not in good health you should NOT jump, If you suffer from any of the above but have been given a doctors certificate then you will be requested to sign a non standard waiver. Please read it carefully.

Duration
You should allow up to an hour from arrival for your complete experience. The time that you book your jump for is only a guide, please arrive approx 30 minutes before this time and allow up to 2 hours on site.

What to Wear / Equipment
Glasses and contact lenses MUST be removed prior to your jump. Dress in comfortable, casual clothes that are suitable for the weather conditions. Skirts are not recommended (think about it).

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are welcome and encouraged to bring cameras! When you arrive at the site please make your way to the registration desk, which will be on the bungee trailer. If it is raining it may be inside the trailer or tent.

Weather
Extreme weather conditions may affect this experience. If in doubt, please call the centre to check before setting off.
