Do you know how to control a skid? Have you ever felt the surge of excitement generated by a power slide? Now you can put your true driving skills to the test in a skid car. On a purpose-built skid you'll master driving techniques to control your vehicle in the event of a skid.  Feel what it is like to hit black ice at 40mph and learn how to avoid a crash.  This is a very enjoyable experience which leaves you with valuable experience which can only increase your driving skills increasing your chances if you skid.  It is ideal for all those adrenalin junkies who like to deal with hazards in their driving and tone their skills on a purpose built skid pan area. Key skills will be gained from a qualified instructor about coping with dangerous conditions such as black ice as well as dealing with an aquaplaning cars .Let it prepare you for the worst...while having the time of your life!

Agenda

The experience will begin with a full safety briefing about the risks of the car in the conditions you are about to undertake. You will then get behind the wheel for  3hr skid car session including In-car demonstration to test your abilities around a purpose built skid pan area and breaking lane. There will be a qualified instructor in the car enabling you to receive first class tuition in oversteer, understeer, ABS and avoidance of particular incidents. The whole experience will be tailored to your needs and abilities.

Restrictions
Minimum Age: 17
All participants must have a FULL Driving license and must sign a health declaration on arrival.

Duration
This experience will last for approx 3 hours and there will only be your group at the venue. You will split the driving time between you.

What to Wear / Equipment
Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear with good grip. All safety equipment will be provided by the centre.

Group Size / Spectators
This voucher entitles up to 4 people to enjoy this experience. Spectators are welcome but there are no facilities for spectators at the skid pan area.

Weather
Experiences can sometimes be affected by extreme weather conditions.
