How Does it Work?

Extreme Element offer over 300 extreme sports courses and experiences which can be sent as a gift voucher or booked in directly for personal use or for a group. All our activities are categorized into 5 main sections, Driving, Water, Earth, Air and Snow. If you cannot find the activity you are looking for try using our comprehensive Search option. Gift Vouchers (Ex Passes)

All our Gift Vouchers are called Ex Passes. There are two types of Ex Pass available to purchase online; A specific Ex Pass e.g. 1 day Kitesurfing Course and an open Ex Pass (which can be made out to any value) e.g. £100 Ex Pass.

Ex Passes are displayed in a smart presentation wallet attached to a lanyard. All necessary information about the course or experience is also included along with instructions on how to activate the Ex Pass. Ex passes can also be dispatched immediately via email.

To give your gift an extra special touch you can upgrade your Ex Pass to an Ex Pack, a gift box which includes a special gift of your choice. Along with your Ex Pass, Lanyard and all necessary information about the course or experience.

Extreme Element Gift Cards in denominations of £25 and £50 are also available for purchase in Sainsbury's these can be redeemed on www.exelement.co.uk as any other Ex Pass.

How to buy a Gift Voucher online?

1. Choose an Ex Pass:
Simply select the course or experience that you wish to send as a gift and click on the buy now button.. If you wish we have an option to upgrade your Ex Pass to an Ex Pack which will present your Ex Pass in a gift box with a special gift of your choice included

2. Buying multiple Ex Passes:
If you wish to add more than one person to the voucher you have chosen then increase the group size to the required amount. N.B if you require more than one voucher you must add the product to the basket again as the group size quantity button is for ONE voucher only.

3. Voucher Personalization & Delivery:
Simply choose the delivery option that suits you, enter your delivery address and choose your ideal dispatch date. All vouchers can be personalized and the recipient’s name and your message will be printed on the voucher. If you have chosen more than one voucher this screen will appear for each voucher so that vouchers can be sent to multiple address if required and also individually personalized. 4. Creating a Customer Account.:
To place an order you will need a customer account which you can create easily by filling in a short form.

5. Payment by Credit or Debit Card:
Please Make sure you have read and agree with our terms and conditions before going any further. Then simply click on the "make payment" button and enter your card details. You will receive a confirmation email from SECPAY confirming your payment has been authorized. Please note that all credit card transactions will incur a non refundable 2% charge.

Making a Booking

Bookings can be made for yourself or a group for a specific date. This must be done over the phone as you cannot check availability on line. If you wish to make a booking for a specific date please call one of our Extreme team on 0844 8844 995 and they will be able to assist you. Once you have made a booking you will receive an email confirming your booking reference and providing you with all necessary information on your chosen course or experience and the relevant centre. You must take this booking form with you on the day.

How do I activate my Ex Pass or Gift Card?

Activating your Ex Pass or Gift Card.
You will need to click on the "got a voucher?" link at the top of the www.exelement.co.uk home page. If you already have a customer account you can login here, if not you will need to fill in a short form in order to create one. Once you are logged in you will see 2 types of vouchers. Please choose the correct voucher and enter the code on your voucher in the space provided.

Confirm your Chosen Course or Experience
When you enter the code you will be directed to the page relating to the experience or course that you have been given. At this point you may swap the voucher for any other experience or course on the site. Any remaining balance will need to be paid and any excess credit will be stored on your account. Hit the Book Now button and check that you meet all restrictions for that particular sport. At this point you can also add a friend or friends to your booking if you wish.

Choose a Location
You will then see a list of available locations and you should pick the one most convenient to you. You will then be given your booking reference which you will need to book yourself in at the centre.

Make a Booking
If you click on the link on the left which says "My Element" then you will see the booking you have just created from here you can view your booking and print your booking form. You must take your booking form with you on the day. This form will also contain instructions on how to book yourself in direct with the centre.
