Land Paddling, aka Street Stand Up Paddling is the crazy new sport that involves a long board, a paddle and the good streets that this country is blessed with! The centre is an authorised trainer for Kahuna and works closely with the guys in the US and Australia, where the sport is very popular. Appreciating the outside and new modes of transport have never been so much fun!

Agenda

The session will start at the designated meeting place, where you will be introduced to your paddle boarding instructor and the equipment that you will be using. Then, once you have had a short safety briefing covering a few do's and don't's; you will be ready to begin learning the fantastic sport of Land Paddling! Once you've gathered the basics, you'll soon understand why this is such a big hit abroad, with its organic and natural feel that is kind to the environment! Starting off on flat ground, you will work your way up to some gentle hills, exploring the local routes on your paddle board!

Restrictions
There are no specific requirements, paddlers should be reasonably fit, and must not be under the influence of anything that may affect paddling ability.
Also, if you have any illnesses or disabilities you feel may hinder your experience, please contact to discuss.

Duration
The tuition will last for 1 hour, but expect to be at the centre for around 1.5 hours.

What to Wear / Equipment
It is recommended to wear comfortable and durable clothes, like loose jeans. And clothes that you don't mind getting a little dirty.

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are welcome to come along and take photos.

Weather
The experience is affected by extreme weather conditions. Your experience would be rearranged for a more convenient time in the event of such weather.

Availability
Land Paddling is available throughout the year. Dates will be confirmed when the booking is made.
