This fun and exciting introduction will show you the basics of a trusted old watersport and the hottest new development from the beaches of Hawaii; Stand Up paddle Boarding. Kayaking has long been a favourite of adventure seekers in this country, and this great intro will equip you with the basic knowledge and skills, allowing you to take it as far as you like! Also on this awesome watersport experience day, you will be trying the newest development to come form overseas, as stand up paddle boarding hits our beaches and starts a new craze! Here you can learn the basics and be practicing one of the most successful exercise regimes in no time!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a safety briefing covering the water and the two experiences you will be trying. All of the equipment is provided so all you need to do is turn up and get ready for some fun whilst you learn two great watersport activities! You will not be ready to hire boats or boards after this, but you will be suitably ready to begin your Level 1 course. On top of the useful skills you will be learning, you'll also have a fantastic time learning a new and an old watersport!

Duration
Introduction to Kayaking & Stand Up Paddle Boarding will last for around 3 hours in total.

What to Wear / Equipment
Any clothing that you don't mind getting wet. Please dress accordingly with the weather and bring sunglasses / suncream in the summer. Wetsuit is provided. Bring a towel for a shower afterwards!

Spectators are welcome.
