Jet Skiing is the brilliant answer to the dreams of all those hard working paddlers desperate for the motorbike effect on water! With the twist of a wrist you can be jetting across the surface of the water at speeds reaching 80kmh, sitting down or standing up! This fantastic experience supplies you with an open playground and gives you the power to explore at your own will! The lake has been divided to cater for beginners under the watchful eye of qualified RYA instructors, and to afford the more experienced riders over a mile of the great course to dominate! Not for the faint-hearted, this high adrenalin experience will amaze with power, precision and outright enjoyment. Turning into corners at near full speed and riding the wake of boats is quite simply fantastically good fun and superbly rewarding. During the Jet ski Experience you will be riding 3 different types of Jet Ski & Bike, giving you a real hands-on taste of the great watersport.

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a thorough safety briefing covering all aspects of the water and the three Jet Skis / Bikes you are to drive. You will be issued with a wet suit and buoyancy aid before it’s onto the pre-launch area where a qualified RYA instructor will run through the instructions and details for each machine and part of the course. Once you’re ready you’ll begin this great day of watersports, beginning with the Jet Ski and finishing with the Rib. The experience will last for around 2.5 hours and will have short breaks in between each of the machines.

Restrictions
Minimum Age: 14 for the stand up Jet ski's
                            16 for the sit down jet ski's
A weight limit may apply to jet skis.
You must be confident in the water.
Please inform the center in advance of any disabilities that may prevent you from taking part.

Duration
You should allow 2 hours 30 minutes for your experience at the centre.

What to Wear / Equipment
Bring swim wear, a towel, a pair of old trainers, a dry change of clothes and your own wet suit if you have one. Buoyancy aids will be provided. If you wear glasses it is advided that you remove them or firmly secure them if possible.

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are very welcome and the view from the clubhouse onto the lake is superb, a camera is a must to capture those special moments.
A good selection of hot and cold snacks and drinks are available on site at all times. The comfortable clubhouse at the water sports centre offers satellite TV for those who prefer to watch their excitement rather than experience it.

Weather
Events will proceed in most conditions but may be affected by extreme weather conditions or flooding. Please check with the centre before setting off.

The season commences in April and runs throughout the Summer, concluding around 31 October
