Extreme Sports in Scotland

Scotland is a real outdoor adventure playground, known as the “adventure capital” of Europe there are so many extreme sports on offer here it is hard to know where to start. With seemingly endless stretches of jagged coastline the area is perfect for water and wind based sports such as Kitesurfing, windsurfing, surfing and coasteering. The rugged landscape lends itself perfectly to more land based sports, mountain boarding, mountain biking, skiing, sphereing, ice climbing and dog sledding and don’t forget the white water rafting, kayaking and picturesque skydiving over such a remote, largely unspoilt and beautiful land.
