The Nissan GT-R is the fantastic replacement for the much celebrated and ultra powerful predecessor; the Skyline. The fine tuning maestros from Japan have done it again with the GT-R, as this powerhouse is a truly magnificent achievement. The GT-R will hit 60mph from standstill in an astonishing 3.2 seconds, and will reach a top speed just shy of 200mph! With a finely tuned 3.2L engine powering the supercar that weighs around 1.7 tonnes, this beast is pretty serious! This great track day gives you the opportunity to drive a Japanese legend in the making on the Prestwold Hall circuit.

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a thorough safety briefing covering all aspects of the track and this powerful Nissan that you are about to drive. Once briefed you'll be ready to begin the day's driving with a 3 lap demo in the performance training car with the instructor driving. Then, after the theory you'll be ready to get behind the wheel fo the fantastic Nissan GT-R and appreciate just how good this supercar really is. With the instructor sat next to you, you'll have this Japanese powerhouse for 4 great laps of the track. Then after this great experience, you'll be treated to another as you buckle up for a high speed passenger ride in a hot hatch with your instructor. Your day will come to a halt with the presentation of your personalsied driving certificate.

Restrictions
Minimum Height: 5’ 0”
Maximum Height: 6’ 6”
Maximum Weight: 20 stone
You must have a full UK or European driving license with no serious offences. You must be able to drive a manual transmission.

Duration
The Nissan GT-R Experience will last for around 45 mins.

What to Wear / Equipment
You should wear comfortable clothing with thin-soled shoes for driving. All safety equipment is provided by the centre.

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are welcome, although there is a strict 'No Pets Allowed' rule.

Weather
This experience will only be affected by extreme weather conditions; if in doubt please check with the centre before setting off.

Availability
Courses start at a range of times on selected Saturdays and weekdays throughout the year. Extra driving laps & passenger rides can be purchased on the day.
