Parkour Group Workshop

The term parkour originated from the French word 'tracer' meaning to move quickly. The experts will definitely teach you this, from rolling, climbing and jumping around the specially designed training course you will learn how to use your surroundings to their full potential, whilst gliding your body across the room in a routine of acrobatic manoeuvres! With a group booking of up to 30 participants, all your closest extreme friends are welcome to come along!

Agenda

Once your group have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your experience will begin with a full safety briefing before an introduction to the up and coming extreme sport, parkour! Your qualified tutor will run through the basic techniques to move from one side of the gymnasium to the other, whilst effectively using the obstacles laid out. Throughout the session you will all learn how to develop your routines and incorporate more daring moves as your confidence grows. Your experience will draw to a close with a demonstration from your instructor before a de-brief about the skills you have learnt!

Participants under 18 require parental consent.
Please Note: A reasonable level of fitness is required.

This experience lasts approximately 1 hour.

Please wear comfortable clothing which does not restrict movement.
