Quad Bike Racing

This fantastic Quad Bike Racing experience pits you in the racing seat of a powerful quad bike and against fellow competitors - all trying to get the fastest lap times and take home the medal! With this great 1.5 hour session you can get to grips with the manoeuvrable quad and really learn the techniques of making it go faster and shaving seconds off your time. You'll be riding the 125cc Yamaha Grizzly and be racing in groups, with a 3rd, 2nd & 1st place medal for the podium finishers!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your Quad Bike Racing experience will begin with a safety brief and introduction to the equipment that you will be wearing and using on your day. Then, once briefed you'll be out on the track getting used to the powerful bike upon which you shall be sitting for the next 1.5 hours!

Teams or individuals compete around a timed course to complete the circuit in the fastest possible time. Riders alternate at regular intervals to make sure that all participants have equal race time on the course. Medals are awarded for first, second and third place.

Minimum Age: 16
Maximum Weight: 18 Stone

Under 18's must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Duration
The Quad Bike Racing Experience will last for around 1.5 hours. Please arrive around 15mins before the start of the experience.

What to Wear / Equipment
Wear warm clothing during winter and strong boots or trainers. Footwear can become wet and muddy so it is advisable to bring a spare pair. Coveralls, helmets, gloves and goggles are provided, along with full waterproof clothing if showers are likely.

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are welcome. Any children spectating must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Weather
If the weather is very poor (severe driving rain or deep snow) the activity may be rescheduled (this is however very rare). Please contact the centre on the day to ensure it is going ahead.

Availability
This experience is available on most days throughout the year - subject to availability.
