Radical SR3 Passenger Ride

In 2009 the Radical set the lap record for the infamous Nurburgring in Germany and is considered to be the closest experience to F1 you can get. The lightweight car is powered by a 300bhp engine and has a higher power to weight ratio then a Lamborghini LP640, making the Radical extremely fast! An expert instructor will be sat in the drivers seat and will take you for 3 or 4 (3 at the longer circuits) white knuckle laps!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre at the hospitality area, you will be greeted by your Radical race car instructor who will give a quick safety talk. As you make your way out to the race car, you will be fitted with a helmet and strapped into the car with an F1 style harness. You will then be taken for the ride of your life as you sit in the passenger seat for 4 laps, (3 at the longer circuits) as the driver pushes the car to its limits of both grip and speed. Your experience will come to a close with the presentation of your personalised track day certificate.

Restrictions
Drivers under the influence will not be permitted onto the site.
Full Driving License is required and you must be able to drive a manual transmission.
Minimum Age: 17
Minimum Height: 5'0"
Maximum Height: 6'6"
Maximum Weight: 18 stone
These restrictions are guidelines, if you are slightly outside of them please contact us for more details and to check viability.

Duration
Please allow 2 hours at the track for this experience.

What to Wear / Equipment
You should wear comfortable clothing with thin-soled shoes for driving. All safety equipment is provided by the centre.
Photos are available at all venues provided by professional photographers and come at an extra charge.
Hot/Cold drinks and food are available on site and aimed to be available on all event days.

Group Size / Spectators
All spectators are welcome, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a non-participating adult at all times.
Strictly no dogs allowed on site.

Weather
This experience will only be affected by extreme weather conditions, Events still run in the rain, if in doubt please check with the centre before setting off. Being an outdoor event please dress for the weather conditions. Airfields/circuits are exposed and can be inclement.

All experiences run from March to November over selected weekdays and weekends.
