Get ready for an incredible day out with this fantastic experience. Take a seat behind the wheel of the iconic Subaru rally car and with expert guidance throughout, master the art of control and make the most of the 4 wheel drive as you explore the challenging course. Practice a range of new skills from pendulum slides to handbrake turns before swapping seats and letting the qualified instructor show how fast these cars really are!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a cup of coffee and an informal meeting with your instructor for the day. Here you will discuss the safety regulations and the principles of Rally techniques and car control. The instructor will take you around the stage, demonstrating the techniques of Rally driving, including power sliding, handbrake turns and pendulum slides. Then, it's over to you to begin practicing these new found techniques on the authentic gravel Rally stage around tight corners and sweeping bends. Once you have mastered the basics, swap seat and enjoy a incredibly fast passenger ride. Your experience will draw to a close with a de-brief back at the center, including a presentation of your personalised certificate.

All participants must have a full UK driving license.


Duration
The Rally Solo- Subaru will last for 1.5hours, with 30 minutes of classroom theory and 1 solid hour of one-to-one tuition.

What to Wear / Equipment
Please dress in casual and comfortable clothes, with flat bottomed shoes such as trainers.

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are very welcome and may be treated to a passenger ride (subject to availability). Tea and coffee facilities are also available at the site. Pets are NOT allowed on the site.

Weather
The Silverstone Rally Solo will operate in most weather conditions. However the stage can be affected by the most extreme conditions and may impair the quality of experience. In this instance, you can reschedule your date and time with the centre.

Availability
This experience is available on selected dates throughout the year, usually Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays with the occasional Sunday.
