Scuba Diving Lessons provide a fantastic introduction to the world underwater, with expert advice and instruction helping you make the transformation to sub-marine exploration! This great intro course entitles two people an insightful and very useful introduction to the equipment, techniques and vital protocols of Scuba Diving, in a controlled environment. The feeling of weightlessness and adventurous exploration combined with the unique salient atmosphere of the sport not only provide an interesting experience; but also some vital skills for those looking to progress through the PADI ranks and hit the waters solo.

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre, your Scuba Diving Lessons will begin with an introduction to the instructor and signing a few forms - then the fun starts as you adorn the Scuba Diving kit and hit the pool for a practical demonstration. Throughout the lesson, the PADI qualified instructors will provide constant advice and tips to avoid bad habits, learning the basics and much more in a controlled environment; ready to progress through the ranks and become a fully fledged scuba diver!

Restrictions
Minimum Age: 10

Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness and be able to comfortably swim in the waters.
A declaration of health must be completed before the experience, with advice sought from your doctor advisable if you think you may be restricted in any way.

Duration
The Scuba Diving Lesson for 2 will last for around 1.5 - 2 hours, with around an hour spent in the water.

What to Wear / Equipment
All equipment is provided by the centre. You should to bring along your swimming attire and a towel.

Group Size / Spectators
Spectators are welcome to watch from the sidelines.
There will be a maximum of eight students per instructor.


Weather
Scuba Diving Lesson for 2 - London is based in a swimming pool, so is therefore not weather dependent.

Availability
