This fantastic stunt driving day pits the awesome Santa Pod Raceway together with legendary stunt driver Terry Grant to produce the ultimate in driving days, packed full of driving tips and crazy manoeuvres for improving your driving and experiencing a drive like no other! During this superb stunt driving experience, you will be the star of the show practising manoeuvres seen only in the Hollywood movies! You'll be in the driving seat attempting to replicate the car chases, practising and perfecting everything from J turns, Donuts, to driving on two wheels!

The TV and Movie legend Terry Grant has put an expert programme together using state of the art BMW M3’s and Peugeot 206 GTi’s, which are all fully equipped to make stunt driving possible and adhering to the latest safety standards. Terry and his expert team will lead you through all aspects of stunt driving and more, taking the time to ensure you feel comfortable and are maximising your learning on this fantastic stunt day!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre, your Stunt Academy with Terry Grant will begin with breakfast and a display, including your safety brief and introduction to the equipment / instructors. From start to finish, the emphasis is on learning, entertainment and having a good time! With the race day format of Santa Pod Raceway, your driving time is maximised - minimising your standing round time! The day will be on this schedule:

09.00 – Arrive and sign on in hospitality. Light breakfast served.
09.30 - Short display by instructors and short safety briefing.
10.00 – Peugeot 206 GTi, learn and basics.
11.00 - Coffee break in hospitality.
11.30 – More control tricks to be learnt in the Peugeot’s.
12.30 – Competition time in Peugeots – i.e best J-turn.
13.00 - Lunch at hospitality.
13.50 – Short briefing for rear-wheel drive cars, differences in techniques explained.
14.00 – BMW M3’s, drifting and donut.
15.30 – Short break.
15.45 – Competition time in BMW’s – i.e best donut.
16.30 – Prize giving in hospitality.
17.00 - Close

Restrictions
Minimum Age: 17

All participants must hold a full driving licence.

Duration
This experience will last the whole day from 9:00am to 17:00pm.

What to Wear / Equipment
You should wear comfortable and casual clothes. with your arms and legs covered. Suits, helmets and other safety equipment is supplied on the day.

Group Size / Spectators
Each driver can bring one guest free of charge. Additional guests are charged £15 per person.

Weather
Extreme weather conditions may cause the experience to be rearranged, please check with the centre on the day to ensure it is going ahead.

The Stunt Academy is available on selected weekdays throughout the year.
