As the old adage goes - "if you're going to do it, you may as well do it properly" and that's what we think here at Extreme Element, especially with Bungee Jumps! The phenomenal 300ft Bungee Jump is now available in Tandem, meaning you can take someone special along to experience the ultimate adrenaline rush with you - or to cling on to for dear life as you take the plunge at very nearly double the height of the standard Bungee Jump (which is by no means 'standard'!) This is the perfect 'once in a lifetime' experience, or the ultimate in adrenaline rushes for those with the unquenchable thirst for all things extreme!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your Tandem 300ft Bungee Jump will begin with a weighing & measuring session, ensuring the correct procedures are taken for your jump. Then, once in your harnesses and ready to jump - you'll make your way to the jump site and prepare for the most extreme duo experience, awaiting your call from the jump master to begin the 300ft ascent to the top of the crane. Once at the top you'll be instructed to tuck your head either side of each other's shoulder - and then the time will come to drop 300ft on the most adrenaline inducing experience available for couples! There will be a personalised DVD and merchandise available for you to buy on the day to remember your experience with.

Restrictions
Minimum Age: 14
Maximum Weight: 120kg

(Under 16s need a parent/guardian's signature)

Over 50s will need a doctor's certificate to jump. You must be in good health and you must make the centre aware of any medical conditions that you think may affect you being able to jump.

You can not Bungee Jump if you have any of the following:

• High Blood Pressure
• Heart Condition
• Epilepsy
• Pregnant
• Asthma
• Neurological Condition

If you've ever had damage to your neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes – you will need to get clearance from the doctor (and a note) in order to complete the Bungee.
If you are not in good health you should NOT jump, If you suffer from any of the above but have been given a doctors certificate then you will be requested to sign a non standard waiver. Please read it carefully.

Duration
You should allow around 2 hours to complete this experience from start to finish.
Please arrive at the centre approximately 30 minutes before your jump time.

What to Wear / Equipment
Glasses and contact lenses MUST be removed prior to your jump. Dress in comfortable, casual clothes that are suitable for the weather conditions. Skirts are not recommended (think about it).

Group Size / Spectators
You are welcome to bring spectators to watch your jump.
