For the most extreme of adrenaline junkies; introducing the Highest Tandem Skydive in the UK! Tandem Skydiving is already one of the most extreme experiences available, so we are pleased to be adding on another 3,000ft on top just to make sure it stays there! Gather yourself and get ready at 15,000ft for the ultimate adrenaline pumping experience - as you leap and make your way back to Earth at a cool 120mph, for 60 seconds! That's right, usually somewhere near 30-40 seconds, this badboy highest Tandem Skydive will give you 60 seconds of freefall! Once the parachute is deployed you'll have around 5-7 minutes to take in the stunning views before safely landing back down on home soil!

Agenda

The highest Tandem Skydive in the UK starts with a 20 minute classroom brief with your freefall instructor covering everything you need to know and allowing you to ask any questions you may have about your first skydiving experience. You will be provided with a jumpsuit and goggles and a special harness by which you will be connected to your instructor. Once you're geared up there are some safety checks before you make your way to board the aircraft - It's time to get up in the air and get ready to jump! Your fully-qualified British Parachute Association tandem instructor will guide you through the skydive, open and land the parachute so you can enjoy the thrill and freedom of freefall without concentrating on anything other than what is going on beneath you!

Maximum Weight: 16 stone

Parental consent forms required for those under 18, medical needed for age 40+ or for those with medical conditions at any age.

Duration
Expect to be at the centre for a few hours. The experience will consist of a 20 minute safety brief, 60 seconds of freefall and around 7 minutes once deployed before landing. (as well as all of the travelling time)

What to Wear / Equipment
Layers are advisable and trainers for jumping in. (heels, slip-ons & boots with hooks are unsuitable)

Group Size / Spectators
Family and friends are welcome and there is a cafe and spectator area onsite. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the airfield.

Weather
Skydiving is a weather dependant sport however the dropzone is open regardless of the conditions as they can change over the course of the day. If you are concerned about the weather on the day you may call the centre for advice. If it is not possible for you to jump then you can reschedule for an alternative date at no additional charge.

Availability
Open 7 days a week June - August and 6 days a week from September - May (closed only on Tuesdays)
Christmas closing from mid-December to mid-January

The centre offers you the chance to have a professional skydiving cameraman jump with you and film the dive for and additional £90. The footage will be edited onto DVD with music and you will also receive a CD with high quality digital still photographs.
