Step 1 – Gift Box
You will first be asked if you wish to upgrade to a Gift Box. This is a smart presentation box with your voucher and lanyard and includes a Free T-shirt and Free Postage. If you decide not to upgrade your voucher, it will arrive in an Ex Element Wallet attached to a lanyard or by email.

Step 2 – Postage
We have a number of postage options that are extremely flexible, we can offer immediate delivery by email (N/A for gift boxes), standard 1st Class Post or Next Day Delivery. You can even specify a dispatch date in the future and we will make sure it goes out on the date you request.

Step 3 – The Voucher
You will be asked who the voucher is for and given the option to add a short message that will be printed on the voucher. E.g. “Happy Birthday love from Mum” or “Congratulations from the whole team”. Alternatively if you leave the field blank we will print a default message “Have a Great Experience”
