Rafting down the wild and unpredictable river virtually guarantees you the most unforgettable ride of your life!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your White Water Rafting Experience will start with a briefing about safety and the White Water Rafting techniques. Then, once briefed you'll be donning your safety gear and hitting the water as you begin the adrenaline pumping activity! Your qualified guide will take you and your fellow rafters down a varied white water run in the inflatable six-eight man raft. You may get more than one run depending on the conditions and time. Each boat is guided by an expert instructor with vast experience in White Water Rafting.

Restrictions
Minimum Age:8
Weight Restrictions: 18 stone / Chest Size 48 (roughly)
All Participants must be confident in open water and be able to swim 25m with flotation device.
White Water Rafting is not suitable if you are pregnant.

Duration
The White Water Rafting Experience will last for around 2 hours.

What to Wear / Equipment
All the equipment is provided (Wetsuits, Buoyancy aids, Helmets, Cagoules) but you will need to provide a pair of trainers you can get wet or a pair of wet-boots, swimwear and a towel.

Group Size / Spectators
Non-participants may wish to watch the rafting action from the comfort of the riverside café.

Weather
Extreme weather conditions may cause the experience to be rescheduled. Please call the centre on the day to ensure it is going ahead.
