The area is renowned for its wild landscape of lochs, mountains and coastline—not to mention the historic villages and wildlife reserves that mark your way. Onboard the luxury air-conditioned coach, your knowledgeable guide will provide a commentary covering the history and culture of the area. Your first stops will be Lochcarron and Achintraid, with great views across Lochs Carron and Kishorn respectively. Next, you’ll head over Bealach na Ba, Britain’s third highest road, to Applecross. Here, on this remote peninsula, you can spot otters, red kites, deer and even pine martens, before making the homeward journey via Loch Torridon and the Beinn Eighe National Nature Reserve.
