Enjoy a full day with two of your friends (Make an Enquiry for larger group sizes) getting to grips with this fantastic sport! Your qualified instructor will teach you the basics and the rest is up to you. Dare yourself to participate within the various challenges from rock hopping, exploring the caves and if you’re really feeling courageous cliff jumping! Explore the Welsh Coastline like never before with this amazing experience.

Agenda

Once you have all arrived and been welcomed to the centre your experience will begin with a safety briefing where you will be issued your safety equipment. You will then need to travel to the venue (depending on venue approx 30 – 40 minute drive from the centre). Transport is not provided unless otherwise arranged. Now to start your adventure. You will be faced with various challenges from jumping, traverses, rock hopping, cave exploring and many more! All challenges are optional. This full day experience is perfect for practicing and progressing quickly in coasteering. Your day will draw to a close with a final de-brief after returning your equipment to the centre.

Restrictions
Minimum Age: 8
Please bare in mind coasteering is a fairly physically demanding activity.
All attendees must be able to swim.

Duration
This is a full day experience.

What to Wear / Equipment
All specialised equipment is provided such as safety kit, wet suits, buoyancy aids and helmets. You should take your swimsuit, a towel, a pair of shorts, and trainers or walking boots (good sole needed).

Weather
Coasteering can be affected by extreme weather conditions, if in doubt please check with the centre before setting off.
