Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the London Rat Race venue you should make your way to the registration desk, where you will be weighed and weighed again, ensuring that the correct cord is used for your Exclusive London Bungee Jump! Next up on your Central London Bungee Jump it is time for you to get into the harness and have the ankle straps attached. The professional Bungee Jump staff perform a number of extensive safety checks on all of the equipment before you enter the cage, further prolonging the anxiety and nerves that are jingling around inside of you! Once entered, you will be unable to avoid the stunning sights of London City, as the crane ascends and more of London's magical scenery is unveiled! Once you've reached 160ft it is time to put the sentiment to one side and pull the adrenaline chord as you lean over the edge and...jump! An unforgettable free-fall will be shortly followed by your descent back to Earth and you will be free to run off and tell the world how fantastic your London Bungee was!
Restrictions
Minimum age is 14. Under 16s need a parent/guardian's signature. Maximum weight is 120kg per person.Over 50s will need a doctor's certificate to jump. You must be in good health and you must make the centre aware of any medical conditions that you think may affect you being able to jump.
Glasses and contact lenses MUST be removed prior to your jump. You can not bungee jump if you have any of the following: high blood pressure, heart condition, dizziness/epilepsy, pregnancy, asthma or a neurological condition. When you arrive at the site please make your way to the registration desk, which will be on the bungee trailer. If it is raining it may be inside the trailer or tent. Remember: if you are not in good health you should NOT jump, If you suffer from any of the above but have been given a doctors certificate then you will be requested to sign a non standard waiver. Please read it carefully. **If in doubt don't jump**
Duration
You should allow up to an hour from arrival for your complete experience. The time that you book your jump for is only a guide, please arrive approx 30 minutes before this time and allow up to 2 hours on site.What to Wear / Equipment
Dress in comfortable, casual clothes that are suitable for the weather conditions. Skirts are not recommended (think about it).Group Size / Spectators
