Harness Sphereing is the crazy new concept that has hit the UK by storm and rapidly earnt itself a 'must-do' status. Descending from from the thrill seeking dudes in New Zealand, this hilarious new experience guarantees an absolute riot for you and a friend. In essence you are strapped inside a 12foot inflatable ball rolling down a steep hill, but in practice Harness Sphereing is so much more! Once strapped in and ready to go, the adrenalin will start pumping as you begin to roll and spin toward speeds of up to 30mph! Riding the giant Sphere ball is as exhilarating as it is belly-achingly funny, expecially when combined with the smell of fear coming from your excited companion! Harness Spehering is an experience that you will never forget, and definitely want to do again and again.

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre its time for you and a friend to be strapped straight into the Sphere. After registering (and maybe a small wait) you'll be ready to begin! No messing about here, just prepare for the ride of your life! Your Spheric home for this experience consists of two chambers; The first of these is the outer chamber and is the protective shell, standing at 12ft (3.6m) tall. Inside that is the inner chamber which is just 6ft (1.8m) tall, meaning a 3ft (0.9m) cushion of air is provided to take the edge off the bounce. Once you are completely ready, one of our instructors will give the ball a nudge and your rolling descent will begin! You can expect to reach speeds of up to 30mph on this fantastically disorientating experience, and you can definitely expect to be slightly dizzy once you've clambered out and stopped laughing!

I chose this experience from a list of gifts BSKYB (the company that I work for) gave each staff member as a Christmas Gift. I used it in June as a birthday present for my husband and added another 2*2 experiences so our 20 odd year old sons and daughters could participate. We had the most fun day we've had in ages as a family. We even took Granny along to watch!!!!!! Being a specialist customer service agent, I could not fault the friendliness or attention from the staff - they were great. My disappointment is that its not on my company Christmas present list this year - but I would definitely recommend this activity - it was fantastic fun!!!

The staff were really nice, helpful and good fun. The experience was great fun but quite expensive for the length of time in the ball. Although in truth any longer and I might have puked :-)

A lot more painful than I expected - my head kept hitting the ground so I suspect the ball wasn't quite blown up enough. Otherwise a very exhilarating experience.

Really enjoyed it although I did think it would be longer inside the sphere going down the hill. The staff were really friendly and instructions were excellent. Overall a good laugh but wished it was faster and longer.
