I am trying to redeem my voucher but it is not accepting my Serial Number or PIN - please help.
Experience Days vouchers do not include Serial Numbers or PIN numbers - these vouchers will have been purchased through another company - you'll need to contact them directly. All Experience Days voucher codes start with 6 numbers, followed by 6 letters (eg. 123456-ABCDEF) this is the redemption reference you'll need to enter in order to redeem/activate your voucher.
