Take to the skies with this fantastic Gliding Trial Lesson, perfect for learning some of the principles of the age old celestial sport. With a totally unbridled view of the surrounding countryside from 2000ft, enjoy the peace and serenity of Gliding and enjoy the reward of flying smoothly. With expert tuition and around 15-20mins of Gliding time, this trial lesson will equip you with the skills and knowledge to take it on further...or higher!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre you will be briefed for your gliding experience. Once the safety breifing has finished you will start to get ready for the main flight! You will meet your instructor who will be responsible for ensuring you get airborne. Once you've made it into the air you are free to enjoy the spectacular views. The instructor will encourage you to take the controls yourself, but only if you feel comfortable.

Restrictions
Minimum Height: 6ft 3in
Minimum Weight: 16 stone
If you are extraordinarily tall or short, or feel that your physique may impair your enjoyment of this activity in any way, please check with the centre when booking.

Duration
This experience lasts approximately 2 hours.

What to Wear / Equipment
You should wear casual and comfortable clothes with soft soled shoes such as trainers, no high heels. All safety equipment will be provided on the day.

Group Size / Spectators
This experience is great for both individuals and groups alike. There is no extra charge for spectators to attend on the day.

Weather
This is a weather dependent activity. Extreme weather conditions may cause the experience to be re-arranged, please call the centre on the day to ensure it is going ahead.
