Enjoy an intense 4 hour session learning the exciting sport, Parkour! Originating from the French word 'tracer' and featuring in a range of Hollywood blockbusters, such as Casino Royal and Pirates of the Caribbean it is taking the extreme sports industry by storm! Discover the skills and techniques required to move across the gymnasium quickly, whilst making full use of the surrounding obstacles! Learn and practice how to roll, climb, jump, vault and swing from your qualified instructor, before sitting back and watching the experts perform!

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your experience will begin with a full safety briefing before an introduction to the up and coming extreme sport, parkour! Your qualified tutor will run you through the basic techniques to move from one side of the gymnasium to the other, whilst effectively using the obstacles laid out. Throughout the session you will learn how to develop your routines and incorporate more daring moves as your confidence grows. Your experience will draw to a close with a demonstration from your instructor before a de-brief about the skills you have learnt!
