This is the ideal weekend break for surfers of all abilities. Whether you've never tried it and fancy a full lesson, or if you just need to brush up a few skills; this break is the revolutionary way to improve! No longer will the aches and pains hold you back as the Vinyasa Yoga sessions will sort that right out, especially with the Swedish massage that follows! Expert tuition and all equipment supplied (if needed) along with a 2 night stay in a bed & breakfast; the perfect get-away and chance to improve the surfing skills.

Agenda

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a safety briefing covering all aspects of the water and the board you will be surfing upon during your weekend break. Then once you've been briefed it's time to head out and practice. Dependent on your level and your specific needs; the tutors will base the lesson around your requirements. This way you can improve the areas you feel best, and at your pace. Then, once you begin to feel the aches and pains it is time to head back to the resort for an unforgettable session in Vinyasa Yoga and a soothing Swedish massage. The ideal way to end a hard day's surfing and pamper your weary 'surfed out' body!

Restrictions
You must have a very basic level of fitness and be able to comfortably swim 50m.

Duration
This is a weekend break with 2 nights in a hotel bed and breakfast.
You will spend around 4 hours surfing and around 4 hours practicing Yoga techniques, and receive 1 full hour or upper body massages.

What to Wear / Equipment
All wetsuits etc. are provided, but if you have your own then please feel free to wear it.

Group Size / Spectators
Up to 10 surfers per instructor, spectators are free to watch from the beach.

Weather
Surfing can run all year round, but it's mightily chilly in the winter and these courses operate in the warmer months between May & October. Only extreme weather conditions will prevent the course from going ahead.
